What PaperAI does
PaperAI helps teams convert business documents into structured Markdown, then review and approve output before it is used downstream.
The core flow is simple:

- Review side-by-side
- Approve, reject, or re-convert

Start your first conversion
Upload files
Add one or more files from your device. PaperAI supports PDF, PNG, JPEG, TIFF, BMP, DOCX, TXT, CSV, and HTML.
Choose conversion settings
Select AI provider and optional guidance notes (for example language hints or PDF page range).
Run and monitor
Conversion runs asynchronously with live status updates for each document.
Review output
Compare original and converted output side-by-side, then edit as needed.
Approve and export
Finalize the document and export converted Markdown, originals, or both.
