• Upload content you are not authorized to process.

Service availability

PaperAI may evolve over time. Features may be added, changed, or removed, including roadmap capabilities labeled as "coming soon".

Customer data

You retain rights to your uploaded content. You grant PaperAI the limited rights necessary to process and provide the service.

Intellectual property

PaperAI and related materials are owned by PaperAI and protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Fees and billing

Paid plans are billed according to your selected subscription or order terms. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law or explicitly stated.

Disclaimer

PaperAI is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim implied warranties.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, PaperAI is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate access for violation of these Terms or to protect service integrity.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by applicable law based on your agreement or order form. Venue and jurisdiction follow those governing terms.

Changes to terms

We may update these Terms periodically. Continued use after updates means you accept the revised Terms.
